So so excited to announce a format change in our weekly newsletters and video clips! These video clips and newsletters are here to give you valuable tips to implement immediately to help you improve, and that’s why they are weekly.
When you want to get better at something you need to keep doing it regularly!
Yes, regularly. So make time, its 5 minutes per week to watch the video clip and read the newsletter and then implement change immediately.

So this year we are going to look into the TOP 10 mistakes managers and owners make in their spa/salon businesses. These mistakes are taken from 10 TOP BUSINESS LEADERS around the world. HOW BRILLIANT!!!! We get to learn from the best.
So the format going forward will be as follows:
Week 1 – Interview with the Spa Professional. Watch to hear what their biggest mistake was and how they fixed it! (priceless information)
Week 2 – S.O.P that relates to the mistake! YES, YES YES, you get to grow your SOP bible! Look out for a completed SOP that is ready to add to your manual.
Week 3 – Operations. We will discuss an operational system that relates to the same mistake, giving you more tools to overcome this challenge.
Week 4 – Marketing/Sales week. We will give you each month an extremely valuable video and download document to do with marketing/sales.
And then we start over again with the next mistake in the TOP 10 list.
