Do I have to be a member to access the courses?
There are different types of memberships some which include the spa courses and content and others which include spa business coaching only. We have also made our courses available for single purchase via our shop.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a seven day, no questions asked refund on all new membership sign-ups.
This ensures you don’t feel locked into a membership you don’t derive value from and it allows you one week to check us out!
The nature of our individual course sales means we’re unable to offer refunds as you are able to download all resources at point of purchase.
Are the spa courses accredited?
Each country has different accreditation bodies so whilst we are hard at work to get to understand these accreditations and perhaps have the spa courses accredited, at this stage you will get a certificate with each module after submitting the specified tasks but most importantly is how you will change and grow as a business professional and that is what matters.
